All nominated material must have been published in 1998 or have a 1998cover date. Only living persons may be nominated. When listing stories orother material that may not be familiar to all the judges, please includepertinent information such as author, editor, publisher, magazine name anddate, etc.
You may nominate up to five items in each category, in no particular order.The items are not point-rated. The two items receiving the most nominations(except for those ineligible) will be placed on the final ballot. Theremainder are added by the judges. The winners will be announced at the World Fantasy Convention Banquet inProvidence, Rhode Island, U.S.A.
All members of the 1997, 1998, or 1999 World Fantasy Conventions areeligible to nominate. All ballots cast will be verified against membershiplists from London, Monterey, and Providence.
